per the factory manual. copper washer goes under the head bolt that is covered by the sometimes leaky rubber plug, torque on 9 mm diameter is 21-24 lb.ft and 8mm diameter is 16.5-19.5 lb feet. cam bolts 10.0-11.5 lb.ft with thread locker "1303" =permatex 272. moly paste on cam journals, cylinder head cover suzuki bond 1216 = permatex 599 ultragray. they reference 4 different bolts for the cylinder cover by color L60 Yellow, L130 black bolt, C25 chroming bolt, L75 chroming bolt all have very specific positions and 7 require gaskets(washers) torque is 6.0-8.5 lb.ft.
